Computational Immunology with focus on
  • Cancer immunomics
  • Prediction of the antigen processing pathway, T-cell epitopes, and T-cell reactivity
  • Making epitope prediction methods available for non-expert users:
  • Systems Immunology, Systems biology of immune escape
